David came to correct our Alexa/thermostat
Connection., After one of your servicemen (Rob) messed with the thermostat during
his one year inspection, it never worked right with.the Alexa feature. Jeremy came weeks ago, but said it was strickly an Alexa problem.and looked a few things over and left. After my calling once again you sent David Herrera. He was fantastic. He checked several things, dude his magic and got our system working as it was, before Rob, and as it should. David was great, k ew hus stuff and didn't waist any time getting us taken care of. Now our total system (
Heating, air conditioning and Alexa pouring feature) works as it should. We are very pleased. David is awesome.

Mike did an amazing job getting our AC back up and running. He took the extra time to check all of the hoses and other components, and even called back the next day to make sure everything was working fine.
