Great company! Reliable and professional
These guys did a heater for me in a rental and I was impressed. They stood by the estimate even though they discovered something else that needed done on the project. Then the furnace went out in my own home and they came out the same day! The technician was thorough, professional and friendly. He set us up on their maintenance plan which is a great value. I am blown away by how efficient and classy this business is!!
Matt and his crew are THE best in the business when it comes to HVAC . Professionalism and good knowledge are their strong traits . Customer service is awesome as well. I send anyone needing assistance to Matt and crew every time .

A.C. went out on a 94 degree day. The office answered the phone during lunch hour, had a tech passing through Thermop, scheduled him, got it running that day and ordered the necessary relay switch for a permanent fix! Boom! Done!
BTW, Joe rocks! Great employee, keep him!
