I've been hiring this company now through two moves across two counties. After another local company installed wrong, I had an unfortunate incident with carbon monoxide. Luckily we all got out safe because I had an alarm that alerted us. After that, I hired Big Horn and have never been disappointed. They service both my heating and air conditioning units. And today they installed a whole house humidifier. Bids were consistent with other companies but with my background knowledge I chose them to do the install. No complaints and only good things to say. I'm very happy to be their customer and have their number in my contacts for emergencies. Four stars!
